This page explains how Harrigan Home ("we", "us") handles the information you share when you register for the Harrigan Home Goods Tour, the terms of taking part, and our commitment to accessibility. If anything here is unclear, email hello@harriganhome.com.
Your information stays with us
What we collect
When you complete the registration form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number, gender, age range, and the item categories you're interested in.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to organise the tour and keep you updated about it. That includes sending you a confirmation email with the link to purchase your tour ticket via TicketLinkz, sending logistics and reminders, and sharing tour-related news from @harriganhome. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
By submitting the registration form you consent to being contacted by email for those purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your choices" below).
Who can see it
Your details are never sold and never shared for anyone else's marketing. We use the following processors to run the tour, and each handles your information under their own privacy terms:
- Formspree: delivers the registration form submission to us. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- TicketLinkz (VBO Tickets): processes ticket purchase and payment when you buy your tour ticket. Payment details (card information) are handled entirely on TicketLinkz and never reach us. See TicketLinkz's privacy policy.
- Vercel: hosts this website. Standard server-access logs apply.
Beyond the processors above, we only disclose information where strictly necessary to run the tour (for example, a passenger headcount to the coach operator) or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration details only as long as needed to run this tour and follow-ups related to it, after which they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time, or opt out of updates, by emailing hello@harriganhome.com. We'll action your request promptly.
Taking part in the tour
- Registration. Completing the form registers your interest. Spots are limited and confirmed by us in the order received; submitting the form does not by itself guarantee a place.
- Participation fee. A participation fee of $40 per person applies. Details for payment are shared with confirmed registrants.
- The day. The tour involves travel by coach to selected home goods stores in Barbados on the scheduled date. Stops, partners, and timings may change, and we'll share final details ahead of the day.
- Conduct & safety. Participants are asked to follow reasonable safety and conduct guidance from the organisers and coach operator during the tour.
- Changes. If the tour must be rescheduled or cancelled for reasons outside our control, we'll contact registrants using the details provided.
Built to be usable by everyone
We want this site to work well for everyone. It's built mobile-first with readable type, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-navigable links and forms, descriptive labels, and respect for reduced-motion preferences, aiming to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidance.
